The Super-App is a web and mobile application created by AIM Innovation, designed to serve both AIM and KOOP (Koperasi Sahabat) members by providing a unified platform to access and manage KOOP services. Its business model encompasses several categories: core KOOP services and Syer (share) investments, services from affiliates where Super-App earns commission on registrations, a marketplace for service partners to sell their products (with Super-App earning transaction commissions), and Host-to-Host (H2H) services like mobile top-ups provided via EGHL. The Super-App functions as a front-end interface communicating with a REST API backend hosted on AWS, utilizing the ASGB CMCCS payment gateway for transactions, and notably, the CMCCS mobile application was merged into Super-App in 2024.

A key benefit of the Super-App is the convenience it offers AIM and KOOP members to easily participate in syer investments, view their membership details, manage investments, and check dividends. The platform also creates new revenue streams for ASGB through commissions from affiliate registrations and service partner sales. For administrative staff, Super-App provides a web portal (https://www.google.com/search?q=api.superapp.com.my) to manage services, partners, content, and monitor user activity, while members can use the mobile app for various transactions, document uploads for claims (like KOOP Care), and accessing information about different KOOP programs and partner offerings.

An Integrated Management System (IMS) consolidates multiple functional modules into a unified digital platform to streamline organizational operations, improve efficiency, and enhance data-driven decision-making. As illustrated in the image, this system encompasses a range of web and mobile applications tailored to core operational areas such as Membership Management, Accounting, Financing, Asset Management, Human Resource Management, and Welfare Fund Management (Tabung Kebajikan). Each module is designed to handle specific processes — for instance, the Financing module supports product registration and credit control, while HR management handles salaries, leave, and staff development.

Additionally, the system includes centralized functions such as Reporting and System Administration to ensure data consistency and secure access control across modules. The mobile application enhances user accessibility, allowing members to manage profiles and view financial information on the go. By integrating these various components, the IMS ensures seamless coordination between departments, reduces redundancy, and supports transparent and efficient operations throughout the organization.

The Cashless Micro Credit Collection System (CMCCS) is a payment gateway product developed by ASGB in partnership with GHL System Berhad (now NTT DATA Payment Services Sdn. Bhd.) to facilitate cashless transactions. It supports payments through two main channels: physical terminals provided by GHL for AIM Sahabat members, and web or mobile payments processed via EGHL's page. The system architecture comprises an API system hosted on AWS, which primarily serves mobile applications connecting to GHL/EGHL, and an on-premises web application (cmccs.com.my) used for reporting, managing complaints, downloading forms, and synchronizing member data weekly from AIM's SAFIS database.

The primary benefit of CMCCS is enabling AIM Sahabat members to conduct cashless collections for their micro-credit operations, providing them with terminals and a structured payment gateway. It offers a centralized platform for ASGB Business Development to manage reporting, handle feedback, and for merchants to access necessary forms. Furthermore, CMCCS is designed to integrate with client systems, such as the MKA system, allowing their members to make payments seamlessly, with transaction data updated regularly for both terminal and online payments.

CIRRUS stands for 'Cloud Internet Remote Real-time Unified SCADA'. "Less is More!" CIRRUS has been designed to simplify the process of acquiring data using a Low Power Micro Remote Terminal Unit (RTU) while still adhering to stringent requirements of a full-scale SCADA system. This Cloud Based CIRRUS will essentially reduce the cost of equipment and communcation, power and size of SCADA implementations across the board.

The NanoLogRF is a low-cost reliable Internet of Things (IOT) based Micro Remote Terminal Unit (mRTU). The local logic routine is to monitor the rainfall sensor in real-time, store the data in the on-board memory and report live rainfall reading to the CIRRUS Cloud. The NanoLogRF fits below the rainfall gauge so that additional solar panels or even external panels are not required making the installation process easy. NanologRF records and transmit the rainfall readings constantly with preconfigured internals.

CIRRUS is a backend cloudbased SCADA system which received the data from PODs or Point Of Detection. PODis made up of a solid enclosure to house a Micro RTU and the relevant sensors todetect Floods, Intrusion or others.
